Upon graduating from Central Bible College, he first helped to plant Capital Church in Salt Lake City, UT. Upon joining the pastoral staff of Kingsway in 2000, he served wherever needed, particularly with its youth and worship ministry. He completed his Master’s Degree from Southeastern University in 2009, focusing on pastoral leadership and church growth.
Pastor Bryon has been married to his college sweetheart, Lindsay, for 16 years. They have three children, Ella, Noah, and Annie. He enjoys having coffee with his wife (both are coffee snobs), building Legos and riding bikes with Ella and Noah, and jumping on the trampoline with 4-year-old Annie. He is an Eagle Scout, avid reader, Triathlete, and enjoys golf (best round 83 at Champion Gate CC in Orlando, FL). He is given to modern design and Apple computers, and currently is in training for his third Ironman 70.3 triathlon this June.
Arlena grew up in Bloomington, Indiana where she gained a love for college basketball (Go IU!) and a rabid passion for the New York Yankees. Arlena’s journey to Kingsway began in North Jersey, where she helped start and served on the staff of three different church plants. In 2008, she joined the staff of Kingsway Church as the associate pastor and oversees small groups as well as local and global mission.
Although her love of coffee, a good book, and time with friends is legendary, her greatest passion is seeing lives transformed by the truth of Scripture and the love of God lived out in the community of faith.
Phil was raised in South Philadelphia where he grew into a Philly sports fanatic. He is a graduate of Evangel University and served as youth/associate pastor for 13 years in two churches in NJ prior to joining the staff at Kingsway, where he leads and develops ministry teams.

Before coming on staff at Kingsway, she served for four years as a Missionary Associate in Sudan, teaching preschool, elementary, and middle school music to international students at Nile Valley Academy. The students, families, and co-workers from NVA are a huge part of her life to this day! Now she is excited about how God has led her to Kingsway to serve the kids and families here in South Jersey.
Brooke is a credentialed pastor with the Assemblies of God.

Joe leads the team of musicians, engineers, and creatives that craft the content you see, hear, and experience at our worship services. He has been leading worship since Pastor Bryon taught him how to play guitar as a REVO student years ago. He earned degrees in Music and Ministry at Geneva College outside of Pittsburgh, PA, where he also met his wife, Erin.
You can often find Joe wherever the candy is (preferably Swedish Fish) or making crazy sounds on a synthesizer (we’ve tried to talk to him about both).
Joe has seen God work powerfully in his life, transforming him and even healing him from blindness (ask him about it sometime—it’s pretty crazy). He is passionate about seeing others grow technically and in their walk with Christ. He is honored to serve in the church where he felt a call to ministry and established some of his deepest friendships.

Erin serves as the Executive Assistant providing administrative support to the pastors. She is a graduate of Geneva College and worked as a legal assistant prior to joining the staff at Kingsway. She enjoys working behind the scenes on things like church calendars, background screenings, systems of organization, and basically anything else that might be thrown her way. She has a passion to take care of the details and help the ministries of the church run smoothly.
As a Pennsylvania girl born and raised, she moved to New Jersey after marrying her husband and best friend Joe in 2013. While she never expected to live in New Jersey, she credits the Kingsway family with making it feel like home to her now.

Presently she is involved in music ministry through singing and playing bells, recorders and piano. You may also find her swimming at KESC, knitting, baking, or jigsaw puzzling.
Her faith walk began when she had eye surgery in 1987 and saw first-hand the power of prayer, followed by being miraculously healed from Bell’s palsy in 1999.
